To boost sales amidst a product recall and lulled post-2023 Holidays sales, Peloton made the business decision to go through a visual rebranding and amp up their tone of voice. Their goal was to create a new identity and design system that stayed true to their roots —
but also evolved into an even more supportive and animated personality for the brand.
